    Mental Health and Wellbeing Support in North Edinburgh

    Several local organisations providing mental health and wellbeing support in North Edinburgh are working together to shape a collective response to COVID-19. As part of this work we have developed a booklet to provide you with a list of services providing mental health and wellbeing support in the local area. It covers Muirhouse, Wester Drylaw, Pilton, Granton, Royston and Wardieburn. It lists the services that can help you keep well, and what kind of work they are doing.     COVID-19 Foodshare Group

    The COVID-19 Foodshare Group is a newly formed collective of organisations based in North Edinburgh dedicated to providing food to people in need amid the uncertainty of the pandemic. Pilton Community Health Project is actively involved in this effort, and so far has referred 40 people from North Edinburgh in need of food, food packs, hot meals and/or packed lunches. These people and families are now being supported by the North Edinburgh COVID-19 Foodshare Group.     Women Supporting Women Video & Campaign

    Women Supporting Women have just launched a new campaign through the Aviva Community Fund, looking to raise money for their crisis and trauma support. Watch the short video below to learn more about the service and the need for more robust and accessible support for women in the local area.
