Our booklet Wild Places & Open Spaces, produced in 2018, can tell you about some of these places, including community gardens, parks, beaches and cycle paths, that may be right on your doorstep. Download it for free here: Wild Places & Open Spaces We have also produced two booklets of local walks, which have been tried and tested by PCHP’s award-winning walking volunteers. Local Organisations Providing Access to Food

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the UK lockdown, the information on this page is outdated as of 23 March 2020 – the organisations below may no longer be providing food, or their arrangements may have changed. If in doubt, please contact the organisations directly. As mentioned in our post late last week, we have taken the hard decision to close Pilton Community Health Project to visitors to reduce risk to our community during the Coronavirus outbreak. This means we will no longer be able to provide access to our Sharing Shelves. Other local organisations are also affected, but here is a list of some which are still providing access to food…

    Office Closed Due to Coronavirus

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have made some difficult decisions. We have chosen to close the PCHP office to visitors at this time. Visitors will be asked to call or email us, but please do not come to the office. Our priority is to reduce the risk as much as possible for local people, their families, supporters, volunteers, and our workers. We will have one hour of access to the Sharing Shelves between 12pm and 1pm each day. This will be controlled access and more information will be on our front doors.
