In remembrance

Tuesday 8th December at 11:30am

It was with great sadness that we heard about the death of Roberta Blaikie.

The Health Project wouldn't be here without her and others like her.  We owe her a great debt.

Many of us working here had the privilege of meeting her.  She was always cheerful and put across her message with sincerity and kindness.

Another local activist told me she had been inspired by Roberta -'she always encouraged me to speak up'.

Fairer Scotland?

Wednesday 16th September at 11:12am

The Scottish Government want to know what we think would make Scotland Fairer and Healthier.  Like many other organisations in the area we want to hear what you have to say so we can pass it on to them.  To this end we are organising two discussion sessions.

The first will take place at Muirhouse Community Centre on Thursday 15th Ocotber from 7 till 9 pm.  Free refreshments.
